For your reference I am a black African woman with a kinky afro about 4'11" who checked into US Border Patrol in New York using a Lesotho passport supporting my identity as i detailed above.

Yet Utah ICE records indicate that i am hispanic

#1.  Under what criteria did ICE determine i am HISPANIC?
#2.  How can i change my race from "Hispanic" to "Mosotho"??
#3.  in my understanding a change of name is a legal contractual process in the United States with the advice and consent of the one involved for and initiating the change. I was excluded from any process and would not even have known about this change if it were not for a FOIA request i made for records from ICE (U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement) who has changed my race from "Mosotho" to "Hispanic".  Why?
